What is the sign-up process? You will complete the Omaha Boot Camp® Registration Form, which can be found on the Registration Page, and fax or mail it to our corporate office. After recieving your registration form and payment, we will contact you a week before camp starts to schedule an evaluation. This evaluation is very simple and takes less than twenty minutes. It includes the following... - Introduction to Omaha Boot Camp® and answers to any more questions you may have. Your medical history will also be reviewed.
- You will have some simple measurements done to see "where you are" prior to beginning camp. We don't care what the measurements show. It is strictly for a post-camp comparison. These numbers and all other information are strictly confidential. We will also assess your posture to see if your back is healthy. We can modify exercises if your back, neck, or shoulders are sore or previously injured.
- You will be weighed. Again, the number doesn't matter. We just want to see improvement.
- Next, your body fat is measured. Expect a 3-8% reduction over the four weeks.
- That is it....see you at camp!

It's always an adventure, and you'll always have fun! How soon will I see results? Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days.
